Absolutely no. We will not place any advertisement banners, pop-ups, and ads on your web site. Absolutely advertisement FREE, as you have all the web space to by yourself.

Do you offer 24 hours phone support?
Dotpromotion.NET are able to keep our prices lowest in the industry, because we do not support on-site and telephone support to our customers. Do be assured that Dotpromotion.NET will response to your technical request in a timely manner via email within less then 48 hours.

Yes, you can access your web site with or without the www.

Is there any additional charge for having sub-domain?
No, there aren't any additional charges involved if you wish to have more then
one sub-domain.

There will be no additional cost to have your 2nd domain name parked at Dotpromotion.NET DNS server. This are only allowed according to our Hosting Packages as there limitation for each hosting account to have limited domain parked.

Do you host foreign domain names?
Yes, all domain names will work with Dotpromotion.NET accounts.

Do I need a Linux machine to access my account?
No, you don’t need to have a Linux machine to access your account as you may access your accounts with just an Internet Browser (example: Internet Explorer/ Netscape or Opera).

What kind of server uptime do you guarantee?
Well-maintained and responsive server administrative teams keep our server up time at around 99.999%, one of the highest in the industry today.

Do you support IMAP?
Our servers are configured to work with both POP3 and IMAP. We will recommend you to use IMAP due to security issue.

IMAP has encryption to your password during downloading of email to Outlook Express/Netscape mail, as POP3 does not support encryption.

Do you support Java-servlets (JSP)?
No.

Do you support Active Server Pages (ASP) application?
No, we don’t as of the moment. Active Server Pages (ASP) will be coming soon.

Do you support MS FrontPage Extension?
Yes, Dotpromotion.NET are able to support FrontPage Extension.

Do you offer password-protected directories?
Yes, since it uses .htaccess, FrontPage users must use the password protection utilities that come with the software.

What type of database system do you support?
Dotpromotion.NET only support MySQL database. Our server does not support Cold Fusion as this point of time.

Do you support SSH or Telnet?
No, we do not support both SSH and Telnet. It’s mainly because we care for our customer web site security issues. By giving SSH/Telnet access are already 45% risk to all our customers that either one of the user will break the system and defaced any website.

We ensure 100% security for all our customers by not taking such risk; hence we at Dotpromotion.NET had to drop the SSH/Telnet Access.

Can I change my domain name if my application was applied wrongly?
Yes, you may. But there will be an extra cost involved, as Dotpromotion has make the purchase of your first domain name. Therefore, on the second domain name there will be a charge of $15.00 for the domain name.

At the same time, you would have to contact our technical support department regarding this issue, as there are changes that need to be change from the system.

Can I have my refund by check, if I’ve paid by credit card?
It is the clients’ responsibility to supply a valid credit card at the time of refund
request. Please note that refunds for money wires and / or check orders cannot be honored, as they are not applicable.

Is there a minimum contract that I have to keep or can I cancel at all time?
No, there is no contract for the amount of months that you have to keep the site. You can cancel your account at any time. When you cancel your account, we will refund the amount equal to the remaining unused portion of your account back to your credit card. The setup fee is not refundable and will be excluded from all our hosting packages.

Will your system support Dreamweaver?
Yes, our servers support Dreamweaver and other HTML editor.

Can I use your services to send Spam?
No, Dotpromotion.NET defines Spam to be mass, unsolicited, impertinent messages
(i.e. junk mail on the Internet). Accounts, which send Spam, will be immediately
terminated, and will be charged theft of service fines up to $1 per message plus a
$10 processing fee per complaint received.

Can I upgrade my hosting package whenever it’s needed?
Yes, you will be able to upgrade you plans at anytime, all you have to is to send an email to billing@dotpromotion.net

How often will I be billed?
When you are billed is based on which hosting agreement you select. For
